Hamilton,ON-Diane has been with TASUS for over 36 years!! She has done many jobs over the years from racking, doming, materials and a little of everything in between, which is part of what she likes about her job; always learning and trying new things.Diane is also a very dedicated contributor to the social committee, she is always planning and running events, selling tickets and making sure everyone is aware of social events and activities.

Outside of work Diane likes to read, crochet, cook and travel. One of her favorite trips was her two-week trip to Hawaii and she hopes to visit Spain one day. She spends a lot of her vacation time travelling to the East Coast of Canada where she is building a house. Diane is drawn to the East coast, where the people are friendly and helpful, and the lifestyle is laid back. She will complete the build and move into her new house when she retires!

Thank you for being a great part of the TASUS team Diane!

Bloomington, IN- TASUS & Tsuchiya Group North America are celebrating three graduates this month! As an organization we pride ourselves on growing leaders from within through the development of our employees.

Zoul Ballman has been with us for 4 years after starting as an intern and is now the Business Support Manager for TGNA, he graduated with an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a concentration in business analytics, no small feat for a full time employee! Zoul’s career goal is to become the CEO of a company one day. After talking with Zoul about his future, we discussed the value his education brings to the company. He felt that his degree had so many different business applications that he is better able to support and facilitate the strategic goals of TASUS in a variety of functional areas. Pictured to the left is Zoul on graduation day with his wife Alison, and their adorable baby Aspen!

KayLeigh Duerksen has been interning with TASUS for two years, and after her graduation accepted a full-time position with TGNA as a Marketing and HR Coordinator. She graduated from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management and a minor in marketing. KayLeigh has some big future career goals, and hopes to go to law school with a specialization in employment law. After law school, she wants to work at a law firm as a consultant and lawyer helping organizations implement best employment law practices. She felt that her degree would help TASUS when standardizing and implementing best HR practices across the organization, while helping develop the company’s brand as a socially responsible employer of choice. Pictured above is KayLeigh sitting on the Showalter Fountain in front of the IU auditorium with her fiance Chris!

CJ Bradley has been with TGNA for a little over a year as an intern and accepted a full time position in December as a Design and Applications Engineer. He received a degree in mechanical engineering from IUPUI with an emphasis on design. In the future CJ hopes to be an engineering manager, or the head of a design team. He felt his degree brought value to TASUS because he is able to bring in new ideas to implement into the design of machines and from a mechanical perspective it allows him to complement the more electrical and robotic background of the engineering team. Pictured above is CJ on graduation with his fiancee Briann.

Congratulations to our 2018 graduates, we are incredibly proud of your achievement and each one of you has the potential for greatness.
