Georgetown, TX—TASUS has been sponsoring and raising money for the March of Dimes event on May 10th. As one of the promotions to raise money we held a “Pie in the Face” raffle. Tickets were sold to employees for $1.00 or 6 tickets for $5.00. The tickets were sold over a three week span and two winners were drawn to pie a manager in the face. All proceeds from the raffle were given to the March of Dimes to support the research and development of ways to stop premature births and birth defects.

The two winners from the raffle were Stacy Kelsaw and Karen Shaw. They chose to pie Steve Wilson, Texas plant manager, and Steven Chisolm, maintenance manager. This raffle was one of several different events we held to raise money for this charity. This was fun for the employees, the managers, and a great way to give to a wonderful charity.

If you would like to donate to the March of Dimes just visit the TASUS March for Babies fundraiser page.
