Majors takes position with Lawrence County Art Association

January 15, 2014

Bloomington,IN–Michael Majors is the Graphic Designer and works with Marketing Communications for TASUS and Tsuchiya Group North America. During his free time Michael volunteers his talents to the Lawrence County Art Association. Michael will serve as Secretary for the Board in 2014. In the past year Michael has photographed some large local and iconic paintings by Nelson Sears for the Lawrence County History Museum. He has turned this imagery into postcards, as well as developed the posters for the Photographers Club and a logo for the first Bedford Area Artist Community Gallery Walk.

The art association states their purpose is to “stimulate the interest and appreciation of art in the community, encourage and develop artistic talent, and provide a setting for artists to come together in congenial fellowship.” TASUS is proud to have a member of its team contributing to this association and giving back to the community. Michael’s commitment to growing the arts in the Bedford area is a great contribution to the culture and art appreciation in the community.
