Bloomington, IN – TASUS President Melanie Hart spoke at the Plastics News Executive Forum in February. One main talking point for the event was the current trend of reshoring. Hart said “What we’re seeing is manufacturing moving to where it should be. It’s going to where it can be successful and profitable.” Hart discussed how many manufacturing companies were operating in countries with low costs, but those costs rose as the country became more developed.
