Georgetown, TX – TASUS Texas is expanding their production operations by investing over $5.3 million in new equipment, infrastructure expansion, and increasing electrical capacity to meet the demand of additional injection molding machines. When discussing the expansion Walter Barkalow, Director of Manufacturing for TASUS, said “We have gained two new strategic customers and have been awarded several very large programs from some existing customers.”
The expansion will allow the company to meet all the needs of their customers, and will result in an increase in the workforce. TASUS plans to add 45 new jobs over the next three years. The Georgetown City Council has approved a grant of $1,500 for each job created, for a total of $67,500.
